and construction management business established in
1995 to provide a hands-on owner approach to the
challenging field of construction. The strength of our
business is the day to day direct involvement of our
field staff which has over 50 years of combined
construction experience.Our mission is to be the most in-depth problem solver for high end residential and commercial projects in the New Jersey Metropolitan Area. We provide cost proposals, detailed estimates, and project management services for clients in both the private and public sectors. Our philosophy is to complete the project on time, and to the highest quality standard regardless of project size for our clients.

Mark J. Guyre, President, is experienced in establishing and managing companies. He started an export company and was one of three key team members in establishing a manufacturing company. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has spent the last 15 plus years in increasingly responsible financial, sales, and administrative positions.
Mark Hayek, Senior Vice President, has over 25 years of construction experience and is in charge of sales and project management for the firm. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a licensed Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida.
