Straight Edge Construction served as Clerk of the Works overseeing the construction of the Cooks Pond Senior Complex, a 70,000 square foot, 70-unit senior citizen housing community. As liaison between the builder and the owner, Straight Edge ensured the quality, timeliness and cost efficiency of this 6.5 million-dollar project. Construction began January of 1998, and the project was completed in May of 2000. |
